After a crown on one of my molars fell off, I was told by another dentist that I would need a sinus lift, bone graft and implant, costing over $5500. When I asked about just pulling the tooth and leaving it, I was given numerous reasons not to do that. Then I visited Nashoba Valley Dental. I was seen by Dr. Annesse who advised that, because of my age and other factors, he would recommend that I just have the tooth pulled. Nashoba Valley Dental accepts all insurances. If you have any of the providers listed below, your plan is considered in-network. Out-of-network providers are still accepted, and we will bill your insurer after any treatment.

Our support staff will make sure you understand what you have to pay and what is covered no matter what type of insurance you carry. For those without insurance or using a payment plan, we accept CareCredit and Flex Chex, and also offer a financing option through our practice. We are in-network with: BlueCross BlueShield, Delta Dental, and many more!

Meet your dentist

Dr. Matthew Annese

Dr. Annese grew up in nearby Billerica, Massachusetts. Having spent his summers working construction, he was able to dedicate numerous hours to the rebuilding effort of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. These experiences made him realize that he truly enjoyed helping those in need. When exploring professions, he searched for a field where he could have a direct impact on people. Dentistry called to him as he realized how much a confident smile could change someone’s life.
